Most of the lines on this application simply say "see Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS)." In the appendices is a "Project Public Involvement" timeline that Parks has handed out on multiple other occasions, including the Feb 4th city council Parks Committee meeting. Also in the appendices is, "Engineer’s Report – Lighting Analysis", which is a cut and paste job (a rather sloppy one at that—various dates were not updated, a referenced chart is missing, etc.) from the lighting chapters of the July 2002 FEIS and December 2003 EIS Addendum (see EIS Page) and contains no new information. |
